After a working meeting in October, the Board adopted a budget for 2023 at its regular Board meeting held on November 16. The budget increases homeowner dues by 10% next year, as allowed by our governing documents. A letter explaining the background of the Board's making this decision, along with a copy of the approved Budget, was mailed to all homeowners following the Board meeting. A copy is available here.
