We have gotten several comments that this website is presenting issues, especially regarding access to the Documents. Please be patient while we work on this. Our website was moved to a new server, and that has created some broken links. The problem is being worked on and should be fixed in a day or so.
It turns out that our property management company, Evernest (formerly Dodson Property and Berkeley Property Management), is experiencing its own problems but with staff changes. As a result, phone calls are not being returned promptly, doors are not being opened, and emails are languishing. The Board is doing all we can to resolve these issues and help you get answers to your questions.
