The 2022 Annual Homeowners' Meeting will be held Monday, December 12 at 7 pm at the WJCC Regional Library on Croaker Road. At that meeting, two Board positions will be voted on. If you cannot attend the meeting in person to cast your ballot, you can complete a Proxy form ahead of time. Either your in-person vote or a Proxy is needed so achieve a quorum, which is at least 77 voters. The agenda for the Annual Meeting and the Proxy form, along with an Application for a Board position, were mailed out on November 4.

For your convenience, if you cannot attend the meeting in person, Proxy forms will be collected by Board members in a drive-thru at the Clubhouse on Saturday morning, December 10, from 10-12 noon. We will have a few extra blank forms on hand if you have misplaced yours. Alternatively, you can give your Proxy to any Board member ahead of time, or give it to any homeowner you know will be attending the meeting on Dec 12.
