As most Homeowners know, the Board has proposed amendments to our Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Declarations of Covenants. Passage of these amendments requires 75% of the homeowners (members) to approve these changes. This can be accomplished by voting in person at the Special Meeting or submitting an Absentee Ballot prior to the meeting. Homeowners who have previously submitted an Absentee Ballot do not need to submit another one; the prior one is still valid. However, if an Absentee Ballot has been submitted and a homeowners wants to attend the meeting, the prior one can be returned. Absentee Ballot 6_1_25 Special Mtg
Signed Absentee Ballots can be emailed to kimberly@townmanagement.com, or mailed to her attention at Town Management, P.O. Box 5010, Williamsburg VA 23188, or dropped off at the Clubhouse Saturday June 7, from 9-10 a.m., or Saturday, June 14, from 9-10 a.m., or turned in at the meeting.
