By now, Homeowners should have received a letter from Town Management, the new property management company the Board approved after terminating its contract for services with Evernest. The transition is underway, and Town will be taking over effective January 1, 2023. It is important that all homeowners pay attention to the packet they received, as it contains information for reaching the people at Town, instructions for future HOA dues payments, and a request to update your contact information with Town.
